Stephanie Tancrede, Manager Research
Stephanie has several years of recruitment expertise, which includes experience in both client and candidate management. She focuses exclusively on project development, candidate research initiatives including competitive mapping, as well as providing administrative project support.
Stephanie's functional expertise includes recruitment within Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and difficult to fulfill requirements. Her focus is providing superior level service in supporting both client and candidate initiatives. Prior to joining MTCG & Associates Inc, Stephanie's experience focused on legal recruitment as her specialized industry focus. She holds an Honours Bachelors of Arts Degree, with a major in English Language and Literature from Wilfrid Laurier University, along with a Certificate in Human Resources from Ryerson University. She is currently pursuing her CHRP designation.
Richard W. Hiland, Research Associate
Upon completing a Bachelors Degree with a Major in Psychology and a Master's in Applied Criminology, Rick began his career in 1979 with the Alberta Solicitor General's Department in the field of Program Management for Corrections. Over the past 15 years, Rick has partnered with leading international executive search firms, specialized boutiques, and directly with corporations in providing research support for a broad range of executive and technical positions in all business sectors.
